SmartFlow Digital provides one-time setup services for AI-powered lead generation, including ad setup, landing page design, and AI chatbot integration. No monthly subscription or retainer is required unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Payments
All services are offered on a one-time fee basis. Full payment must be made prior to project kickoff. Refunds are not provided once project work has begun.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, branding materials (logo, colors if available), and access to relevant ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) within 3 business days of onboarding.
4. Ownership
All creative work produced for the client will be delivered upon completion and belongs to the client. We may use project results as anonymous case studies unless explicitly requested otherwise.
5. Limitations
SmartFlow Digital does not guarantee specific lead volume or financial results. Performance may vary based on market conditions, budget, and industry.
6. User Conduct
By using our website or services, you agree not to engage in any behavior that could harm, disable, or impair our operations or interfere with the experience of other users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion if there is a violation of these Terms or any behavior that is deemed abusive or unethical.
